Experienced the election absent the opposite way, those holding would have sold into the dread increase…so barring a dread driver…don’t hope it to change much while in the next couple years.

The population is just way too small Agree volume is down recently. But I see it as consistent with the same old cycle where anxiety drops and we enter into a glut, then prices drop. AR’s really are a good indicator of overall market condition IMO. Notice discounts and rebates also are coming back post pandemic driven shortages and pricing.
